Bottle. A light fruity-sour aroma, some bread. The medium large white creamy-foamy head has a normal duration, the body is yellow-orange. The taste is light malty, quite bitter and a little bit medical in the finish. The body is light to medium, creamy with a normal carbonation.

Bottle 50cl, from Quack-Duck thanks. A clear golden beer with medium head. Nose is hopy and grainy, aroma is very hopy with sweet malt, very nice pilsner with very interesting hops bouquet on grass and bitterness, but body is a bit less complex and malty that the unfiltered one.

MoritzF (7402) - Bochum, GERMANY - FEB 5, 2012
(bottle, courtesy of Quack-Duck) Clear, pale golden colour with a thick and slightly off-white foamy head. Slightly grainy pale malty aroma with a tinge of honey, biscuits and a touch of flowery and slightly herbal aroma hops. Mildly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a pleasantly soft carbonation. Rounded pale malty base with a present and aromatic hops character, leading into a moderately dry and bitter hoppy finish with herbal and floral accents. 18.I.12

Lahev(děkuji Quack-Duckovi!):Golden, clear, lazy carbonation, mid-sized and very stable white head, buttery and noble- hoppy nose; moderate to solid dryish bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied; lingering dryish Tettnang finish, some balancing pale malt underneath. Superb stuff…

bottle, fresh from the brewer himself. Clear golden yellow, mid-sized white head. Hoppy aroma. Quite intensive malt flavours with fresh, aromatic hops, slightly resiny, slightly herbal. Not very hoppy for the style, except for the quite hoppy finish. Smooth palate. Very nice beer.

Golden refreshing Pilsener. Not too much bitterness. Interesting hops in it. Something like pefume and citrus. a little sweet and malty. average carbonation. the taste doesn’t last long, but it’s still something different compared to the most german pilseners because of the nice aroma.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Clear golden with a white head. Flowery hops dominate the nose. Medium body, good malt base but again the good and flowery hops dominate leaving a crisp and dry bitterness. 161010

Bottle, bought at the brewery shop. Malty, flowery, buttery aroma and flavor. Medium to full bodied. A firm bitterness, especially in the long aftertaste. A-typical, but very tasty.
