unclemattie (1662), Georgia, USA Sep 29, 2006 Had this on my first night at the Grill for the Red Firkin night. Golden color. malt aroma. very balanced finish. slight bitter hop in the end. aracauna (2241), Georgia, USA Jul 27, 2006 Pours a hazy gold with a quickly fading head. Bone dry straw malt with a slgiht wheatiness. The noble hops are aggressivley forward in both the aroma and flavor. Definitely not a wimpy kolsch. goldtwins (3740), Nesconset, New York, USA Jul 26, 2006 Draft. Hazy yellow color with a small white head and tiny bubble running up the side of the tulip shaped glass. The aroma was sweet and grainy with some yeasty notes. Malty flavor was sweet with some yeasty and wheaty flavors. A touch of banana was noted. Dry finish. harlequinn (2746), Tacoma, Washington, USA Jul 26, 2006 A tastefully unfiltered but very light kolsch style. Refreshing on the palate, with some light citrus acidity and a grainey malt body.
