Erg onder de indruk. Geweldig bier, hoe veel smaak ze in een bier met zo weinig alcohol kunnen krijgen. Aanrader!

On tap at Arendsnest. Slightly hazy golden orange colour, white head. Aroma of loads of zesty citrussy grapefruit hops. Flavour is bitter, grapefruit, zesty lemon, quite thin making it more refreshing and zesty, firm bitter citrus finish. Light bodied, quite thin actually, but really nice and refreshing, lovely low ABV beer.

Draught Hazy golden beer under a very good, dense white head; C-hops jumping out of the glass; smelling of roses and freshly cut grapefruit. C-hops, quite powerful with bitter and fruity, even flowery flavours (lychee, rosewater, grapefruit). Not empty at all, if very light body, the hopbale-like bitterness keeps filling the palate. Excellent summer ale - perfectly in the line of the Italian and French low alcohol beers that are bursting with flavour. The British are going to loose their icons! Txs, Kees!

On tap as ’Zomers Emelisse’
Clear light orange golden colour, firm cream head. Aroma of hops, loads of hops. Sweat, pasion fruit, apricot and grapefruit peel. Hoppy bitter flavour, light caramel and malts. Relatively light body, but rather full considering the ABV. Medium short bitter finish.
Very enjoyable, great beer for the summer!

kermis (2484) - The Hague, NETHERLANDS - JUL 26, 2012
Draft at Arendsnest. Pours light amber with a big white head. Aroma is massive hoppy, fresh grass, citrus and resin. Flavour is a big bitter hoppy explosion, short lived but going into a long bitter finish. The low ABV is noticeable in the finish but the massive hops mean it’s still left with good flavour. Light bodied with moderate carbonation.
