Bottiglia 33cl bevuta a casa. Scura con schiuma persistente. Bel corpo rotondo, Più IPA che black... Finale amaro.

My Bottom Line:
Spicy hops and roasted malts lead to a very fruity second half before resinous hops take control of the finish.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A sheet of foam tops the darkness.
-Carbonation is smooth, not forced.
-The roastiness is reminiscent of charred bread at times.
-A touch of alcohol is felt in the end.
-This is rather drinkable for 8%.
-Malt sugars contribute mild caramel and molasses.
-This glass begs for a steak.

Hazy, brown colour with medium and moderate stable beige head. Lots of quite big flecks in bottle (yeast?). Faint aroma of grassy bitterness and some roasted malts. Nose is rather disappointing. Taste is balanced with caramel, licorice and medium bitterness on the finish. Medium body. Medium carbonation. Average Black IPA.

Black, with nice big head. Aroma of hops, pine, grapefruit and black malts. To this point it was great, but then it got worse. Too much alcohol, combined with hoppiness and roastiness gave some bitter combined with salty taste. Had to fight myself to drink all of it. Too strong for a good BIPA, and not enough complex for a good stout.

Pours black with a big, off-white, sustainable head. Aroma of orange, yeasty malt and some alcohol. Has a really strong hoppiness and bitterness, with a bit of alcoholic taste, citrus notes and roasted malt. Super good beer.

Bottle @ Ministerstwo Browaru Pub, Poznań. Pours cloudy dark copper brown with small off-white head. Clear aroma of hops, with notes of yeast and malt. Intense bitter, hoppy flavour, with citric and grassy notes. Lingering, bitter and dry aftertaste. Nice.

Bottled, BB 06/2014, large sample. Clear redbrown color, medium off-white head. Aroma of piney hops, bit grapefruit and citrus, roasted malts, hint of biscuit, oatmeal cookie. Medium bitter in taste, some sweetness. Bitterness lingers on the palate. Great balanced black IPA.

Café, caramel, petite amertume. J’étais un peu déçu. Retour assez moyen. Il y a mieux dans le style.

Mostly stout than IPA, Dark (black/brown) with light brown cap. Rich roasted chocolate taste with IPA bitterness afterwards
