Draught at Barrelhouse Flats. Poured very dark brown with a thin white foam. Aroma of funky scotch. Off-putting soapy taste very bitter. Made me shudder.

Typical black & tan aroma, neither roasty or hoppy. Great appearance - pitch black with a tiny tan head. Tastes just hoppy enough, just roasty enough. Perfect combination. Aftertaste has booze burn, hops and char. Very nice. Palate is decent. Overall a very well done Black and Tan ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Lots of coffee dark chocolate and roast fairly hoppy but not overly so. Really nice beer. Enjoyed this a lot. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a black color with a little beige lacing and no head. Aroma of caramel, chocolate nips, and coffee. Taste of whiskey is in you face at first but finishes with a better chocolate finish. A nice beer.
