COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Emelisse Blond is a soft and malty artisinal beer. The colour green stands for the American Cascade hop used. This gives it a hoppy and herbal flavour.

Pours golden orange with a thick fluffy white head. Nose is pine, grass, hay, some yeasty bread, light citrus and some other dark fruit. The taste is high sweetness with medium bitterness. The mouthfeel is crisp and clean, the body is medium and the finish is long.

Dark, golden blond colour. Quite a fruity, hoppy aroma. Flavour is of tropical fruits such as passion fruit and pink grapefruit. Sweet and sharp at first with light bitterness in the finish.

Golden beer, fluffy head. PAssion fruit and peaches, yet dry and light, no cloying maltiness. Soft, pleasant, likeable, and shows true craftmanship.

33 cl. bottle @ home, bought online @ Drankgigant. Hazy amber with a small dense off-white head. Sweet citrushop aroma with some pineable. Medium bitterness with a sweet note. Hopy aftertaste. Not the most hoppy IPA by close but nice enough.

33cl bottle picked up at the De Molen bottle shop pours with a clear copper body that exhibits golden hues and supports a light tan head of foam. The aroma is inviting and offers up sweet candy like citrus and mango, some caramel and an interesting hay to cereal graininess. The taste delivers caramel and sweet malts moving quickly into malt sweetened citrus. To midway it picks up a cereal grainy maltiness and a slight soap sensation. Overall this is a little sweet which might mean it isn’t perfectly fresh.

0.33 L bottle. A finger of shiny blond head, covering a foggy orangey-golden body. Inviting hop aroma of tangerines and pinapple, added by a whiff of sweet toasted bread. Smooth in the mouth. Light prickling carbonation. Rounded refined malt sweetness. Mild citrus- and tropical-fruity fruity bitterness. Easy and harmonious. A moreish Belgian IPA.
