A very good ipa. Nice opague orange colour with a creamy head. Flavor is well balanced and quite bitter. There is some ripe fruit and a hint of tea. The finish is long dry bitter.

DraughtVery cloudy , UFO-laden orange-amber beer, small to medium yellowish head. Rather neutral nose, hops are emerging, but not overwhelmingly so. Outspoken bitter flavour, very hoppy, a bit to the detriment of the earl Grey, that IMO was more pronounced in the Marble version. CItrus and other bitter fruit, long lasting flavours. Not really well bodied, but chewy, as if the proteinUFO’s had really substance. Quite refreshing, a real summer pick-me-up.

From tap, in a weizen glass (Emelisse). Beautifully looking beer, dark yellow/orange in color. Lively carbonation visible, and a full white head. Taste is sweet at first, with the early grey notes clearly detectable. Finish is long, hoppy and powerful due to the high carbonation. Lovely IPA that I could drink all night.

Aroma of fruits, citrus, bergamot, earl grey tea, light herbs. Flavour is fruity, some sweetness, lots of tea and a medium bitterness in the aftertaste. Really balanced and refreshing, great brew. Might even be a little better than the original collaboration brew.

0,33 cl botle Appearance: Light amber with a medium white foamy head, leaving some lacing. Aroma: Earl grey (Bergamot +herbs) on a malty backbone with some citric and floral hops pushing the bergamot furher upfront. Taste: Huge bermaot aste upfront (very refreshing) followed by other citric and herbal tones by the tea, some biscuit tones in addition, which work lovely with the palate. Finish is bitter and longlsasting with quite some tanine, floral and citric taste. Medium body and average carbonation A masterpiece and a great idea to combine theearl grey bergamot taste wih a solid IPA.

Festival der Bierkulturen 2014. Geruch Zitrone, Tee. Start Schwarztee-Aromen, Bergamotte bis in die Mitte ziehend. Abgangs Apfelsine, bitter, Schwarztee. Gut.

Bottle. Pinkish golden color. Orange, lemon, bergamot and tea in the aroma. Tea leaves, bergamot and citrus on the leavy bitter flavor. Herbal bitter finish. The earl grey works out fine in the aroma, but less so in the flavor.

¿Bottle/keg? (keg pour, with bottle labels available?) pour@FdB Köln 2014. Massive amount of bergamot and black tea upfront, masking anything else I got from it at the served temperature and pouring size. Hops in taste overwhelmed by again that Earl Grey, one of my favourite teas, that however carries its own dosage of oils and acids, masking more subtle hop oil nuances here I felt. Reminiscent of homemade dryhopped ice tea experiments, with more (&expert) body. Black tea astringent finish, consistent in its approach, just a bit too austere for me.
