zwart, schuimig bruine kraag
aroma: moutig, chocolade, koffie, gebrande mouten

Very nice stout, smells of coffee and chocolate. Pitch black with a caramel brown foam. It tastes of coffee and chocolate again, a bit sweet caramelish on the background. Has a good long aftertaste of coffee and alcohol bitterness.

330ml bottle from Bierzwerg!
Pours pitch black with thick, creamy brown head. Smell has notes of rum, raisin, plum, roasted malts and lots of coffee and chocolate. Starts with massive roasted malts, lots of chocolate and coffee and some sweetish caramel. The middle part has some alcohol, paired with tons of bitter roasted coffee, some plum and dark chocolate. Goes into a chocolatey and coffee-like finish with lots of roasted malts and some burning alcohol!

Bottle, 10%. Good mild coffee aroma. Black colour. Small tan head. The flavour is nicely roasted. Has a good roasted, coffeeish flavour. Mild coffee note. Very late alcohol bitterness.

0,33l bottle from Sörmanufaktúra, Budapest. Dark brown, almost black color, medium, creamy, brown head. Raw, coffee odor with sweet, malty flavours. Intensive and sweet coffee aroma. Some nuts and alcohol flavour appears too. It’s not bitter, but sweet because of the alcohol and the sugar. Creamy texture, medium body, average carbonation. Nice coffee flavoured beer with sweet taste. The coffee goes well with the sweetness of the alcohol. The roasted malty flavours should be more intensive, because it’s a stout.

24-MAY-2013, botlle @DØE Ølfestival 2013. Dark brown with tan head. Weak aroma of coffee. Tastei sweet coffee, milky stout. Soft carbonation. Easy drinking stout.

langeveld12 (105) - NETHERLANDS - MAY 26, 2013
Pours a small rocky light brown head that mostly diminishes. Body is black, sparkles are visible. Aroma contains moderate malts (dark bread, cereal, roasted and burnt malts, molasses, dark chocolate, strong coffee), moderate hops (herbs, citrus fruits), moderate yeasts (dough, horse blanket, earth) and grape, raisin, plum, cherry, vanilla, licorice, cola, alcohol and spices. Flavor starts off light acidic, to go to sweet and bitter and to finish bitter with coffee. Body is full with syrupy texture and soft carbonation. This beer contains many aromas and flavors and is complex and balanced. The coffee is a good addition, it's not too strong but gentle.

33cl bottle @ Cafe de Tijd. Wow what a great beer is this. It was my first Stout beer and I like it a lot. Great taste of coffee.
