COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The Emilisse Stout is enhance by a blend of fine Italian espresso beans used in the brewing process. It boasts a blend of 90% Arabica and 10% Robusta, which combine to give the Emilisse Espresso Stout an extra-spicy, full-bodied palate.

Piwo nie jest do końca czarne, raczej ciemno brunatne, aromat nikły, kawa nie dominuje. W smaku jest już bardziej wyczuwalna, jednak nadal nie bombarduje kubków smakowych. Wyraźna pełnia słodowa - coś jak ciemne pieczywo nie najwyższej klasy, takie z użytym kakaem jako barwnikiem. Na finiszu da się wyczuć goryczkę chmielową o ziołowym charakterze. Całość jednak pokrywana jest dość ordynarnym, gryzącym w gardło alkoholem. Sprawia to wrażenie konsumowania mocnego, likieru słodowego z lekko kawowym posmakiem.

UPDATED: JUL 10, 2015 Dark opaque colour with light brown mousse-like head, which dissapeared in a few minutes. visual carbonation is impossible to detect. Aroma without notice of an alcohol, but dominate strong odour of coffee, hints of dark chocolate, barley malt and cacao. Flavour: alcohol is noticable, but not too strong. Upon it prevail notes of malts and coffee (malts: dark chocolate, etc.) Malt sweetness is very high, hop bitterness is medium-high with dry, long lasting bitter finish. Body is soft and mouth-coating. Very Good imperial stout.

Dark beer out of the bottle with only the barest of a brown head. Nose of sweetened coffee. Molasses and brown sugar sweetness with bitter chocolate and lots of coffee ground bitterness. This is a pretty sweet coffee stout.

5.9.2014. Aroma of espresso and roasted malts. Taste is slightly dry coffee, still some milkcoffee taste. Aftertaste is slightly sour. Coffee IS.

Aroma: chocolate, chocolate, coffee. Earthy background. Pours pitch black with big, strong tan head. Complex taste, mix of coffee, roastiness, chocolate. Bitter finish, low carbonation. In my bottle there was some oxidation which was not so pleasant. Besides that - excellent stout.

Muestra marrón oscuro con reflejos granates, media cabeza de espuma con buena retención; aromas a café, malta tostada, ciruelas pasas y frutos secos; en boca entrada potente y maltosa con ligero amargor, notas a café torrefacto, pos gusto largo y algo amargo, siguen notas a madera quemada; buen cuerpo con carbónico medio en una stout un tanto descompensada y más amarga de lo necesario.
