Ins Glas ergießt sich ein leicht trübes bernsteinfarbenes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch nach Citrus, Blumen. Geschmack sehr malzig, fruchtig herb, leicht nach Kräutern.

Commissioned IPA with three American hop varieties. Thick, off-white head, colour a misty orange blonde. Fruity aroma, pine needles, mango, grapefruit, hay, resin, lime, bread, orange peel. Bready maltiness in the taste with refreshing citrus touch and rounded ’exotic’ fruitiness, strong resinous, citrussy, oily, peppery hop bitterness and yeasty spiciness in the finish, which is very long and dry with no noticeable alcohol to speak of. Exemplary IPA.

330ml bottle. Cloudy copper/amber colour with small, frothy to creamy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Resinous hoppy aroma has a touch of grapefruit and pineapple, hints of purulence. Taste is minimally sweet fruity, notes of tangerine, pineapple, cautious herbal hoppy company, some resin. Unagressive American style IPA.

Unclear dark amber beer with small, off-white head. Aroma is a combination of fruity hops (luchee, peach) and toffee malts. Taste is rather sweet, fruity. Aftertaste is medium bitter. Good carbonation and body.

Tap at the berwery 30/09/13. Cloudy pineapple juice appearance, with a thin summy white head. some lace. Aroma is grainstore, fruity sweet juicy fruit. Flavour is peach anf lychee, and grainy dough / bread. Nice hint of funk. smooth creamy full palate. Semi-dry finish. Very very drinkable and unusual.

Very strange beer. Aroma is great with pine and citrus and a hint of caramel. Color is red and hazy. Body is medium. So far so good. Taste is however strange. Some synthetic smokey smell which does not work. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
