{thoughts}Packed with hops and flavor at a very drinkable abv. Excessive carbonation and a cloying bitterness detract.

{elements}Hazy amber-orange hue; thick, off-white cream. Pine needles and rose petals against bready and caramel malts with a dank-musky undertone. Dry, strong acidity, moderate-full bitterness; grapefruit and pine flavors with a slight currant undertone. Medium body, lively carbonation, oily texture. 50 cl bottle.

Bottle. Pours amber with a large, thick foam. Quite pretty. Aroma is rather weak, citrusy hoppiness with tones orange and orange peel. Taste is pretty mild as well: citrusy with some spiciness in it: orange zest, cloves. Palate is rather thin and watery. A mixture between a mild IPA and a light blonde Belgian ale.

Bottle 50 cl. Poured hazy pale amber with fluffy off-white head. Aroma is sweet, pine and fruity. Flavour is fruity and sweet with some hints of bitterness in form of grapefruit. A bit thin and thus lacking some flavour.

Reddish brown beer with big and beige head. Aroma is very great and it is full of tropical fruits, mangos, fructose and some pine needles, also almost glue can be found. In the flavour thre are also tropical fruis and lot of hop oils, nicely bitter flavour and it is lasting long time in the aftertaste. Overally, taste is simple, fruits and pine needles. Medium bodied with lot of carbonation, pleasant to drink. Emelisse IPA was positive surprise even I was expecting quite a lot from this beer. Very temptating aroma with a lot of flavour and bitterness; great beer with low alc. percent.

Bottled (from K Citymarket, Vaasa). Amber colour, small off-white foamy head, that leaves some lace. Aroma is fruits, caramel, some mild bready notes as well as mild spicy notes. Flavour is fruity and floral hops with a quite dry wooden bitterness lurking as well. Mild herbs and spices are there too.

Bottle at The Cad’s Pure Mad Rocket Mon The Beezer Tasting. Pours a rich, cloudy orange-gold with a bubbly, white head. Wood and pine hops in the nose, with hints of orange. Malty flavor to start, lightly bready with some caramel, pine bitterness. Medium in body with average carbonation. So so finish, reasonably well balanced with some light drying, pine and mild sugar. Decent.

A Mes rate. Bottle at The Cad’s Pure Mad Rocket Mon The Beezer Tasting.
Murky orange brown with a thin white head. Reasonably balanced. Good effervescent feel. Light bitterness. Some faint dusky cask beer like character. Nice and drinkable. Good stuff.

Bottle. Amber colour with a huge off-white head. Nice hoppy aroma with notes of citrus and sweetish malt. Flavour is bitter and sweet with citrus, some fruits and malt. Smooth and quite tasty IPA.

A nice, but a bit unimaginative. Aroma doesn’t really reveal much; citrusy, yeasted, floral. The amount of CO2 (atleast immediately after poring) was a bit too much for me, champagne-like fuzzyness filled my mouth. A nice try, but lacks a good body.
