Schiuma cremosa di media persistenza. Aroma di malto, caramello, fieno. In bocca prevalgono le note dolci, supportate da una discreta acidità. Finale lungo, secco e luppolato.

Bottle: Medium creamy head which disappears slow, on top of a clear amber colored beer. The smell is very nice, a good mix of malted barleys, rose hip, hint of something prune ish, sweet malts, Taste is mix of decent bitterness, hops, light dry, rose hip, grass, abricot, light hint of prunes, sweet barley malts, light sharper grains and cooked vegetables. Aftertaste is earth grassy hops, light warmth and something light dry with something light fruity. Low carbo, soft mouthfeel, good medium body and a creamy texture. Ok beer but a bit strange balanced.

33cl from DeMolen biershop. BB 06/2012.

Deep orange, slightly red hazy beer with short white head. Smells malty. Taste is alcoholic bitter, and after taste is rich of hops aromas such as hay. Nice one, I like.

On tap @ In De Wildeman (2012 issue). Amber color, hazy. Foamy off white head, god lacing. Aroma’s of caramel, a bit sweet malt & sweet fruit, some acidity. Flavor isn’t very strong, lightly sweet, lightly bitter with a hint of acidity. Medium body & carbonation. Herbal bitter finish. I think it was better in previous years.
