light beige stable head that disapperas with structured lacing. cola colour. aroma of vanilla, artificial candy, band-aid / eucalyptus / camphor .. rather strange really. taste like aroma with an unpleasant bitter wry aftertaste. medium body and carbonation. rather odd and not well balanced. bottle 33 cl

33 cl bottle.
Pours black color with a large off-white head. Distinct marshmallows on the nose, some milky chocolate, vanilla and some caramel malts. Sugar, caramel malts, faint vanilla notes and marshmallow on the flavor as well. A very strong spicy kick on the aftertaste, cardamom and cinnamon mostly, didn’t quite expect that. Quite a weird brew to say the least. Not very pleasant, there’s just too much spices here.

On tap @ Arendsnest. Interesting.. This is a more or less black looking one. It has a big really lingering and almost fluffy creamy super-lacing dark beige head. Oh, yeah, it smells like marshmallows alright! This is just ridiculous... As I smelling a chocolate cookie dipped in liquefied marshmallows that has been brined in vanilla water? It sure as heck smells like it! Lots of mocha and coffee also found. Not far off to think about the wrapper of dark Belgian chocolate. It in general has a really interesting, unique aroma that reminds me a lot of southern tiers mocha blended with their chocolate. It tastes as ridiculously good as it smelled. Loaded with mocha, lattč and in general coffee. Also the marshmallows is perhaps a tad to present for some, but I really like it. Like sittings a campfire chewing on burned marshmallow while eating chocolate and drinking mocha. Not a trace of any alcohol. What to say? I like it! 07.03.2014

Bottle. Dark brown color. Malt, caramel, peppermint, just a hint of roast in the aroma. Malty sweet, caramelly roasty flavor with vanilla Maybe too sweet, but with enough other flavors and aromas compensating this.

Jammer

Bottle @ home shared with ansjelaah. Dark brown colour with a medium sized beige to light brown head. Smells sweet, chocolate, vanilla, creme brulee, sweet. Tastes sweet in the aftertase but slightly sour at first, marshmellow, creme brulee, vanilla, nesquik. Not bad. Medium to full body, soft carbo, silky feel.

Bottle. Pours a lovely black beer with a medium sized beige head on top. Aroma has marshmallows, vanilla, caramel, roasted malts and a touch of booze. Flavor is very sweet, loads of marshmallow, vanilla and it’s really nice to notice them in both flavor as aroma. Long, sweet sugary aftertaste. No alcohol burning, though booze is detected. When you start drinking the bottle, it starts off really good, but the big flavors start to get overwhelming over time. Still very enjoyable beer.

33cl bottle. BB 12/2015. Black color, thick brown, espresso head. Sweet candy, marshmallow aroma, vanilla, roastedness. The sweetness continues in the taste, but stays more in the back fortunately. Strong herbal notes, musty, very oily, full bodied. Sweet, sticky finish. Alcohol hidden due to the sweetness I guess. Ok, prefer this over the Creme brulee version I had some while ago. To be enjoyed in small doses, sipper.
