bottle thnx to 77 ships , pours very clear, light blonde . good white head . smell is exactly like the smell you get out of the mashing tank, when you start brewing a beer ( the malts ) . malts in a natural, ’herbal’ way , not like a a produced ( beer) scent . taste is more of the same malts, but less intence. what a great smell !

Douberd (2084) - Arnhem, NETHERLANDS - JUL 22, 2013
Bottle, 330 ml, at home, poured into a pilsner glass. ABV 5% Bright golden yellow colour on the body, lots and continuous activity in it. Big, almost three fingers tall head, thick and soapy, with excellent retention and heavy lacing left on the glass as it collapses slowly. A bit difficult to get the aroma under this thick head, but it is a good combination of malts and hops. Good bitterness from the beginnig, becomes more intense on the aftertaste, with good duration. Body on the thin side, good carbonation. Nice and refreshing pilsner.

ivory white head that disappears without lacing. orange clear colour. aroma of hop at the beginning but fades fast, malty and slight sweet.taste of hops, fruity, peach, a bit sweet, grass with a fair bitter aftertaste. dry mouthfeel, medium body and carbonation. good thirst quencher, very enjoyable pilsener. ps i bought it labeled as oerpils instead of this alias oertype.

This beer got a bit sour , bitter taste. Nice colour. Instead off Belgian white. It’s probably taste better when it served cold.
