Bottle from ABC Beers. Poured a hazy medium brown with a broken white head. The aroma is malty, yeasty and with some citrus fruit in the background. The flavour is weak bitter, malty, a little metallic and yeasty. Typical Oktoberfest I guess, but a little better I feel!

Bottle, deep golden color. Lumps of yeast. Bready aroma with soft floral notes. Malty sweetish, bready, floral flavor with orange. Medium bodied. Moderate hopbitter finish. Fruity version of an Oktoberfestbeer.

OK, not my favorite Emelisse because this isn’t my preferred style but I can see why the brewer thinks making a beer like this is a bigger feat than an IRS. Just well balanced, crisp with a nice soft bitter aftertaste. Bottle from De Bierkoning.

smaken: moutige zoetheid, en hopbittertje.
licht zoet, licht/medium, bittertje, normale co2, licht body, dun.
zeer beperkt aroma, zacht bier, zacht hop bitter.

Slightly hazy orange brown, small white head. Sweet, sticky, malt, dough, wheat, yeast, pineapple. Nice carbo, ok body.

Small beige head over hazy foxy-orange beer. Dry, leafy nose; lightly coloured and toasted malts, sweetish. Bitterish-leafy flavour, autumnleaves; mineral water quality, spritzy. Light, but not really watery body. Faint fruity flavour, maybe oranges. Likeable, light beer.

33cl bottle @ cafe Buitenlust. Clear orange color, small white head. Smell malts, a bit dull and hayish. Taste malts, slightly bitter, hay and a bit dry. Low to medium body and carbonation.
