Bottle 30 cl from Slijterij van Bergen in Eindhoven (NL). Red amber with beige foam and furious crackling. Nice smoked nose. The taste is soft, smoked correctly, toffy and salty notes, ham, leather and cream. Ash and hoppy bitterness at the end of mouth. Fra flaske, dufter af røg og bacon. Grumset mørke brun med svagt Hvidt skum. Smager meget af bacon og svagt af røg. Eftersmag af bacon.... Ialt en god røg øl .... Selvom det ikke er min favorit stil...:)

UPDATED: JUN 16, 2013 Bottled. Clear amber color, medium head. Aroma of malt, lovely smoke like the german rauchs, bacon, hint of citrussy hop, burned wood. Dryish woody taste, sharp smoked (the good way), nice bitter touch that balances well. Good body. Lovely smoked beer like the traditional german smoked ones.
