Bottle, 6.5%. Yeasty aroma. Cloudy dark amber colour. Small white head. The flavour is quite roasted, a little yeasty weak hop note. OK balanced, but has red in its name.

Draft. A red beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of hops, caramel, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and lighter notes of hops, leading to a bitter finish. The body is light.

Bottle at Borefts 2012 - Bodegraven. Pours light, hazy gold with a fine, creamy head. Toasted malts in the nose, some dry pine, berries, pineapple. Medium to big sweet flavor, very fruity, with modest bitterness, light spices, tropical fruits. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Sweet finish, lightly sticky, with toasty grass and ripe fruits. So so.

Bottle at De Paas, Den Haag. Pours hazy red copper, small head. Toffee, some grassy hoppiness. Hints of fruit. Overall on the sweet side.

Bottle. Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Moderate malty and light hopy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.

Bottle @ Voldby Tasting. Pours dark brown with a red tint, small offwhite head. Aroma of alt, rye, weak fruity hops, peach, raspberries ! Flavor is malt, little rye, fruity hops, berries. Medium body, soft carbonation, light bitter finish. Either old or needs more hops... 080513

Cette petite bouteille contient un liquide qui suinte le caramel et le pain sucré. Hormis ces choses maltées, on y retrouve aussi des houblons. Ces derniers se définissent drôlement sous mon nez : ils parfument l’atmosphère comme une eau de Cologne. Son goût est plutôt celui des céréales. Mes papilles perçoivent mal les saveurs houblonnées. En bouche, le liquide est probablement agréable. La texture est crémeuse et son pétillement est contrôlé. En finale, la présence très modeste d’une amertume se manifeste mais ne semble jamais vouloir réellement se confirmer.

Clear amber color with small off-white foam head. Aroma is slighly hoppy with some grass, floral. Taste is nice bitter(sweet). Aftertaste is that of a good beer. (Velp 201304)

Bouteille de 33cl. Meilleure avant le mois de décembre 2013. Bière cuivrée avec une mousse crémeuse, durable et beige. Le nez est offre quelques notes de caramel, houblon. C’est simple. La bouche est crémeuse, j’aime cette texture. Il y a beaucoup de caramel. La finale est sur les houblons herbeux. Agréable.
