33 cl bottle.
Pours golden color with a huge white head. Spices and hay on the nose, some toffee and citric fruits as well. Citric fruity flavor, slightly spicy, quite fluffy palate, finishes yeasty and sweet with toffee. Decent.

Bottle @ home. Clear golden yellow colour with a medium sized white head. Poured it pretty carefully. Smells malts, fresh, sweetish.. Nothing crazy. Poured the first sip right into my lungs which kinda sucks. Second sip tastes malts, a hint of sour, very fresh and refreshing, slightly fruity, Lovely crisp saison. Thin to medium body, carbo is quite intense but I’ll allow it.

Bottle @ Emelisse, Kamperland - NL. Color : hazy blond beer with small carbonation and small white foam. Smell : malt and yeast nose with grassy presence. Taste: nice malty taste with astringent taste. Really good for the style. Aftertaste: malty notes and astringent. Really nice, I recommend it.

Golden, almost transparent colour, big white lively head. Peppery nose (thin) and taste along with hoppy pine, grapefruit and a firm dry bitterness. Very high carbonation that interferes badly with the taste, light body. First one from Emelisse that I don’t particularly like...

Bottle from Bier-Deluxe.de. Hazy orange golden color with huge white head. Malty aroma with lemon tartness, spices. Fresh taste of grapefruit hops, lemon, pines, coriander, Belgian yeast with solid malty base. Enjoyable beer.

Bottle from Coppers, Newcastle. A hazy golden coloured that pours with a huge foamy head. It has a sharp lemon, toffee, malty and citrus flavour followed by an almond and zesty, spicy warming finish. Not as tart as a normal Saison, but a very nice beer.

Yellow colour, small white head. Aroma of basment, malts. Taste is light bitter and a bit funky. Light body, oily texture, average carbonation.

(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, golden colour with a big and blond firm foamy head. Yeasty, citrus-fruity, lemony and zesty aroma with notes of wheat, white bread and doughy malt. Bitter and delicately sweet flavour, light bodied with a moderate carbonation. Dry and delicately malty taste with fruity and slightly flowery hops, including notes of citrus and grapefruit; dry and bitter finish with hoppy and slightly peppery yeasty spice. A tad harsh but also quite likeable. 26.VIII.14

Aroma of fruits, spicy yeast, bit peppery, slight malt. Flavour is fruity and yeasty, light sweetness, with a light bitterness in the aftertaste. Pleasant Saison, but the yeast could be a bit more wild.
