TET (1612) - FINLAND - MAR 6, 2014
A murky, yellow beer with a big, blond and slightly cloudy head. The nose is succesfully, fruits, spices and some sourness. Slightly sweet fruits are dominant. Taste is strongly spicy, quite dry, light malts, lemon and sourness. herbal and spicy end. Taste is slightly light. Only light+ bodied, high carbonation. Refreshning and strongly spicy beer but unfortunately, the lightness is bothering a bit.

Bottle. Pours a deep, hazy yellowy orange with a large classy, white head that leaves a nice lacing. Aroma is grassy and grainy on the pour - quality German lager really. Some lemon and lime. From the glass a whole bunch of lemon, some grass, Taste is also a lot of lemon, light earthiness, some lime. Dry and somewhat bitter. Grass and herbs on the finish. HIgh carbonation, light in the mouth, but definitely not watery. Rich and tasty for this ABV.

33 cl bottle @ home, BBE 12/2014
Funky and ’saisony’ aroma with some apricot and yeast. Flavour has grassy tones, some yeast, fruitiness and hints of urinal cake. Finishes with stronger grassy notes. Foamy palate is a bit too high on CO2. Rather tasty and rich saison for this ABV.

33cl bottle. Zielona herbata i zioła. USTA : mocno gazowane o średnio oleistej tekturze. Średnio geste. Piwo jest wytrawne i mocno gorzkie. Słód jest zdominowany nutami nasion i siana. W smaku podobny do pełnoziarnistego chleba.
