Dark honey coloured with tiny cream head. Aroma is fermented raisins and pine. Alcohol is also noticable. First taste is sweet and caramel, but is followed by an intense bitterness that grows in the aftertaste. The mouth feel is tart and I don't find it very pleasant. Alcohol dominates in the after taste as well. Not my cup of IPA.... ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Deep orange-aamber colour, with a two fingers head that leaves ring and lace when it vanishes.Aroma of spices, clove, orange, tropical fruits. Full body, creamy palate. Taste is spicy, fruity, Not as bitter as I expected, there’s enven some sweetness in it. Very good.

Imperial IPA with frothy, regularly shaped, egg-white, lacing head and deep warm, orange blonde colour, misty. Aroma of orange and tangerine peel, pine resin, wormwood, whisky, mango, passion fruit, pineapple, butterscotch and a ton of pink grapefruit, very powerful. Taste kicks of with a basket of exotic fruits, juicy pineapple, mango and passionfruit, light sourish lime peel accent giving some relief and building a bridge to a full, smooth, soft caramelly body with honeyish sweetness, quickly overcome by a massive wave of piney, resiny, citrussy, peppery hops, very aromatic as well as very bittering but still in good balance with the big caramelly malt body, some warming whisky-like alcohol in the finish. Powerful to almost agressive, yet noble and very well-crafted DIPA, so far the best I tasted from the Netherlands.

Bottle shared. Tons of hop fruitiness, pink grapefruit, mandarin, mango, berries, biscuit malt backbone, bittersweet finish. Great stuff for hopheads, dangerously smooth, would love to try it fresh at the source.

Cloudy apricot color, very leggy. Almost no aroma. Sweet and thick on the front, bitter and hoppy on the end. Too bitter for my taste, and it doesn’t go well with the syrupyness at the beginning.

Pours orangish, hazy. Almost no head. Rather viscous, has a lot of legs when swirled. Has the rich, boozy aroma of a tripel. Full body, some burn on the finish and a long bitter aftertaste.

Poors down a thick syrup substance. With a thin off-white head and a hazy amber color. Aroma: Citrus, malts, alcohol, hay. Taste: Whooo nice! Starting of sweet with honey and caramel. Fallowed by citrus, orange peel, hay. The alcolhol feeling is quite intens. Complex but well balanced flavours. Palate: Oily thick mouthfeel, medium carbo. Quite heavy. Long aftertaste aftertaste.

330ml bottle from Saveur-Biere.fr. Pours hazy amber with good white head. Big juicy aroma. Taste is big and bold with a decent helping of tropical hops and a soft bitter finish.
