Nice deep orangish colour, very opaque and plenty of sediments. White and short head, which disappears quickly and leaves a tiny lace. Hoppy aroma, fresh and fruity which dominates the subtle notes to biscuit and caramel. The taste is pine and grapefruit, caramel and toffee which ends in a very elegant bitterness. No trace of the 10% ABV in any moment. Pretty good.

A little bit disappointed by this "Triple IPA"... Good tasting but not bitter enough and too much sweet. An amber beer with good smell of hops and malts with citrus, a bit floral. The yeasts smell like caramel. Not the better beer by Emelisse brewery.

Pours deep amber, small top, minimal lasing. Aroma is dominant malt sweet plus very fruity hoppy. Taste is medium sweet with light bitter level although aftertaste is above medium bitter. Body is extremely thick for DIPA, bit oily texture, mild astringent mouthfeel, seems light carbonated. O.A. - I was expecting more from this style, more bitter, astringent pattern, but as a beer I liked it. Something between Belgian strong ale and Scotch ale to me.

Bottle from Voldby Koebmandsgaard. Pours hazy orange with a white head. Strong citrus fruits, pine, sweet caramel malts. Great sweet/bitter balance in this, with initial sweetness and then nice boozy bitter finish.

Bottle. Fruity aroma. Cloudy, even muddy red amber colour. Almost no head. The flavour is slightly sweet, quite malty. Medium to high bitterness. Not very flavourful for a 10% beer.
