Aroma is really good. The taste is good eniugh but the palate is not goid enough carbonation is simething it lacks, which makes its less than perfect

Not the best of the White Labels I have had. There is no carbonation, making it flat. Aroma and Taste are as expected: great. flavor doesn’t last as long as I’d expected.

Bottle. Dark brown, almost black, without head. Caramel, chocolate aroma. Roasted chocolate flavour.

pours and deep dark color, evanescent top, sofltly bitter. Rosted malt and whisky on the noise, vanilla, chocolate, and cofee after. Top beer for me

Ar: ash, chocolate, vanilla, coffee, mud, less smokey and whiskylike than expected. Ap: medium Brown head, black colour. F: ash, dark chocolate, coffe, slightly boozy ending in a rich and smokey whiskynote, I like it! M: very soft carbonation, full bodied, almost like velvet. T: Solid.

330ml bottle. Pours a really dark brown, almost black, with almost no head. Quite complex, roasted aromas, malt, fudge, chocolate, licorice, oak, vanilla, tar. Semi-sweet, full bodied, medium bitterness, low CO2. Roasted, oaky taste, vanilla, malt, coffee beans, licorice, tar, tobacco. Alcohol gets a bit burning, otherwise quite nicely balanced. Bottle. Pours a black color with a small off-white head. Has a roasted malty woody whisky aroma with hints of chocolate. Roasted malty woody whisky and chocolate flavor. Has a roasted malty chocolate and whisky finish.

Bottle 330ml.

Clear dark brown colour with a small, fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, smoke, oak, alcohol - whisky. Flavour is heavy sweet and moderate to heavy bitter with a long duration, laber laver, english licorice, alcohol - whisky, light salty. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is flat, finish feel is moderate alcoholic. [20120817]

From bottle at Haand Festival 2012. Black body, small light brown head. Aroma of whisky, coffee, roast. Sweet taste of roasted malt and whisky, spices, prunes and chocolate. Really enjoyable!
