Nice one Bubbermannn. My favourite Emelisse beer. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, coffee, light to moderate hoppy, grass. Flavour is quite sweet and bitter, finish flavour is the other way around witha long duration.

Opaque black - brown beer. Little tan head. Smooth palate, softish. Creamy and smooth dark malts, not bitter or roasty. Nice Sorachi hops - the lemon cream blends in very well. Smooth and well joined up. Nice one Kees.

Bottle. Black with a light brown head. Aroma: hard lemon candies, snaps med dill, chocolate, licorice. Taste: roasted, licorice, vinous, red berries, licorice, chocolate, finish is light puckering. Quite full bodied. My least favourite IRS from Emelisse, I would have preferred any other single hop.

330 ml bottle - taken from notes. Pours deep brown with no head. Aroma is greeny and veggie. It adds somewhat to the complexity. Medium body, round and bitter in aftertaste. Like.

The head is ok, the body black. It smells creamy, roasty, buttery. The taste is strange-hoppy, bitter, creamy. Not my favourite hop but drinkable! 11/8/8/8/-/8

AN interesting hop to brew with this style in my opinion. It came out great though. Robust and bitter but a nice slight citrus form the hops.
