4.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20 JorisPPattyn (6736) - Antwerpen, - FEB 7, 2012
No head, motor-oil coloured & -viscous liquid. Cheesy nose, with a fresh herb as coriander leaf (cilandro) or bramblebush. Hint at camphor, but very dosed - intriguing. Blue cheese, black coffee, brown cacao powder, purple brambleberries, white mushrooms and fresh herbs - a flavourexplosion complex and layered as few, but yet perfectly in balance. Rich, full-bodied, warming and viscous. This is brainrackingly good. Kees, wow!
