Clear red brown beer, small ight beige head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: spicy, caramel, dried fruits, banana, fudge. MF: soft carbon, medium to full body. Taste: raisins, pretty bitter, caramel, banana, bit fruity. Aftertaste: bitter hops, hay, banana, overripe fruit, some raisins. Not bad, but not their best...

75cl bottle, shared with 77ships, Martinus and Tderoeck. Thanks Tim. BB 06/2014. Cuivrée-trouble, col beige fin.

Dark mahogany pour with a khaki head. Moderate spiciness on the nose, caramel malt, toffee, and brown sugar. Some notes of banana, dark fruit, and a little bit of roasted malt. Tastes mostly of brown sugar, caramel, and dark fruit with a decent roasted quality to it. Some banana, a mild spice quality, and a hint of yeast.

11.16 bottle. Murky, opaque burgundy-red. Smooth on the palate, classic quality Danish feel. Malt and yeast forward, with some raisiny chocolate tones. Really balanced, quite a well executed beer. I can deal with this one being caled a Quad, as it really does capture all those big malty, fruity flavors..but also retains a really creamy, smooth body. Great beer!
