Bottled 330ml.- at Sörspecialista.hu, Budapest. Golden coloured, very lively carbonation, creamy white head, touch of coriander in the nose. Sweet malty, yeasty and light wheaty with notes of coriander with mild bitter spicy finish. All in all nothing special here.

Thanks to bu11zeye for sharing this bottle. The beer pours a clear very light yellow color with a white head. The aroma is wheat and citrus. The flavor is wheat with a tad bit of orange. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation. Not much going on in this beer. Not bad, just not too good.

Bottle (33 cl) from the Cracked Kettle. Shady deep golden, medium white head. Sugary, caramelly, and a bit earthy aroma, with some vague canned vegetables notes. Thin and watery. Dry with low bitterness. Not good, and certainly not witish.

3/07/2011 from tap @ Emelisse lunch with Han Hidalgo (2011-305)

Cloudy yellow to orange beer, very creamy off-white head, stable and very nice lacing. Aroma: citrus notes, yeast, spices, bit soapy. MF: light carbon, full body. Taste: sour start, very spicy, yeast, bit dirty, bitter hops, some sweet malts, banana on warming up, but not much. Aftertaste: lemony, yeast, bitter touch. Not the best Hefeweizen.

(30cl bottle thanks to bu11zeye) clear pale yellow with lasting tight off-white bubbles. Nose of corn, spices, and grain. Taste of corn, meat, umami, funky, spicy white pepper, with a lemony finish. Very dry and carbonated.

Bottled. Slight hazy golden color, short head. Soft aroma of banana and wheat, some dry hay. Bit sharpish taste, some wheat, hint of sourness, quite bitter for a weizen. Qutie dryish palate. Im missing a bit of creamyness. It actually could have used some more yeast, strangely enough.

Bottle from the brewery. Poured a cloudy medium amber with a frothy white head and no lace. The aroma is typical crushed banana. The flavour is mainly of apple. It’s more acidic that a regular witbier and for me that’s no bad thing as I feel it improves the flavour and makes for a more refreshing beer.
