33 cl. bottle procured online – split with Kraddel. Lightly hazy bright golden with brief white head. Sour children’s vitamins, sour orange peel, smells like Freigeist – infection? – soured wheat, near lactic. Taste is an odd combination of bitter noble hops, grass, hay and the sour orange / children’s vitamins, bitter spices, sour wheat,… Lighter wheat body. Seems infected to me – big miser from an otherwise fine brewery.

Aroma has lots of soapy citrus, some wheat and peaches. Flavour is somewhat spicy with wheat, yeast and some soapy citrus. A wit with some hefeweizen features.

Golden in colour, white head. The beer starts slightly sour, highly carbonated, but a bit rounder than expected. Smooth, banana, clove. The mainpart is slightly sweet-sour. A bit artificial, but nice. The aftertaste is a bit perfumy, unround, arificial, but highly drinkable.

330 ml bottle.
Pours a hazy orange colour with a small white, foamy head. Aroma of strong lemon, peach and wheat. Flavour of rough wheat, citrus, lime, sweet fruits and yeast with some malty tones. Light/medium bodied with a fruity finish. Easy to drink and quite refreshing.

Bottle from the brewery. Poured a cloudy medium amber with a frothy white head and no lace. The aroma is typical crushed banana. The flavour is mainly of apple. It’s more acidic that a regular witbier and for me that’s no bad thing as I feel it improves the flavour and makes for a more refreshing beer.

Bottled 330ml.- at Sörspecialista.hu, Budapest. Golden coloured, very lively carbonation, creamy white head, touch of coriander in the nose. Sweet malty, yeasty and light wheaty with notes of coriander with mild bitter spicy finish. All in all nothing special here.

Bottled. Slight hazy golden color, short head. Soft aroma of banana and wheat, some dry hay. Bit sharpish taste, some wheat, hint of sourness, quite bitter for a weizen. Qutie dryish palate. Im missing a bit of creamyness. It actually could have used some more yeast, strangely enough.
