Slightly murky, straw coloured body with large head that didn’t last too long. Not big on banana notes, mainly clove to me, similar in the taste but fairly thin and uninspiring. Some wheat beers I like and some I don’t and this is one goes close to not liking

Opaque gold with a big white head. Very weak yeasty aroma. As advertised on the label this is quite sweet and malty but without much in the way of a hefe style taste. I could say the flavour is either subtle or lacking intensity. Maybe just needs more taste.

19 Jul 2006 - (Victorian Microbrewer’s Showcase) - Light strange banana and hop aroma. Cloudy yellow amber colour, low head and lacing. Bubblegum sweet flavour and slight spice. A thinnish and grainy finish.

Aroma is sweet malt and banana. Appearance is amber/orange, very cloudy and a head that disperses quite quickly. Main flavours are banana and spice which transfers to a sharp finishing bitternesss. Reminds me of coopers sparkling ale with some banana notes.

Big fizzy head early but short-lived. Murky dull orange with a core of stronger orange. Fresh nose, confectionary notes, a hint of spice. Pretty good to taste; more truity fruity, confectionary notes, perhaps a hint of spice. Plenty of fizz keeps the palate buzzing and there’s a surprisingly sharp bitter taste right in the back palate. Decent start for this brewery.
