Hazy amber coloured with an off-white lasting head. Quite hoppy aroma. Smooth hoppy flavour very good combination of the different hops type. Very refreshing and smooth.

Bottle. Amber with a huge palebrown head, a little cloudy. Aroma hoppy with some malt, also some perfume notes. Taste malt and some hoppy bitterness, good mouthfeel. A nice APA.

Bottle at Århus Ølfestival 2008. Pours pale yellow with a small head. Aroma is flowery, fruity with some citrus. The flavour is sweet, but again flowery and fruity and a citric finish.

We enjoyed this beer however felt it would be more suited to drinking with some food to take the edge off the citrus hoppiness. Medium bodied and creamy with a lively head and bitter cleansing finish, Would enjoy again, ideally for entree with some salt and pepper squid or similar.

Bottle (500ml). Poured a hazy bronze with a dense, off-white, pillow-like head which lasted very well. Aroma was of piney hops with buttery biscuit malts, rock melon, honeydew, apricots and hints of caramel. Flavor was a good piney/citrus (orange) hop bitterness with dry biscuity malts, rock melon, apricots, light notes of caramel and resin in the finish. Medium bodied with medium carbonation, a dry/piney mouthfeel and a great finish. A superb brew from Emersons.

Århus2008. 50 cL bottle. Pours golden orange with a lacing white head. Aroma is solid spiced and hoppy. Flavour has the same strange herbal/vegetable note and nice fruity hoppy flavour following. Ends slight bitter and mildly spiced. Somewhat strange aroma and initial flavour but holds a nice hoppy finish.
