From a 500ml bottle, poured into a big tulip glass. Frothy and full on the pour, though head fades a bit too quickly. Tangy and fizzy on the nose, banana and clove mixed in with lots of alcohol and a scent of bread. Nice bit of sharp sourness in the mouth, a salty tang lingering, carrying a smooth bitterness. A bit light in body, but the carbonation is lively and full; it tingles around the mouth for ages after swallowing. This is lovely; a great combination of Belgian styles - boozy, fizzy, complex, a bit sharp and very moreish. Mmmm.
