Nov 7, 2007 hazy/cloudy pale yellow colour with big creamy white head, spicey corriander aroma. Warm mouthfeel, hazelnut and corriander flavours. Nice warm palate.

Nov 25, 2007 Bottle, a slight haze to the golden amber, with a white bubbly head. A beautiful yeasty aroma (Chimay yeast I am told), with plenty of fruit perfume. Plenty of citrus in the flavour at first, and then a lot of hoppy bitterness with crisp apple and an astringent tang in the finish.

Aug 2, 2007 The colour was medium orange amber and it was slightly cloudy. There was strong effervescence and a fairly substantial head. The aroma was crisp with spicy fruit. The flavour had strong cinnamon spice, orange and lemon fruit, and some hop bitterness. This beer had interesting flavours and was quite crisp, but it had a bit too much spice for me.

Nice spicy, yeasty aroma. Fruity, spicy flavor. Nice.

May 15, 2008 Bottled. A hazy light golden beer with a thick lazing yellowish head. The aroma is sweet with citrusy notes of hops as well as light notes of yeast. The flavor is sweet with notes of citrus, yeast, and hops, leading to a slightl dry and grassy finish. Thanks Papsoe for shipping this home.
