3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 Ungstrup (26260) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - APR 9, 2005
A deep red beer with a huge brown head. The aroma is sweet with notes of oranges as well as hints of roasted malt and acidity. The flavor is slightly acidic combined with notes of roasted malt leading to a dry end. I wonder if the acidity stems from the sampled beer is 3 month over the best befor date, though I’v never had an "old" beer with this acidity in it.
