Had on tap at the brewery in West Dundee. Clear golden with a thin very quickly discipating white head. Nose is soft with a little yeast and a touch of bitterness from hops. The taste is more grainy with some fruit skins like grapes. As the beer warms more the hops seem to fade allowing for more of the yeast to come out. Interesting. Not a big taste or presence but good.
