COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
In celebration of American Beer Month, the Illinois Craft Brewers Guild presents the third annual ReplicAle, the same beer recipe brewed by (nearly) all fifteen member breweries. This year's ReplicAle is Imperial IPA. Bigger, bolder, stronger and with more hop character than your standard IPA, it's a hop lover's dream!

Strong malt/caramel base but the real story is HOPS. Grapefruit/Pine Resins/Orange juice/and BIG bitterness units. I really was taken aback by this baby. Way good!

aroma of hops, pine and dandelions. it poured a dark gold, clear color with a big white head. lots of hops, strong throughout the drink. citrus hints. oily in the mouth, bitter to the end. quite an enjoyable treat.

Cornfield (5277) - Oak Forest, Illinois, USA - JUL 31, 2005
ICBG Summer BrewFest: Delicious IIPA. This poured an unusual, bright golden color with a well retained, creamy, pillowy white head. The aroma is a sturdy piney, citric, resinous hop aroma. This one kept nostrils, lips, and tongue burning for the duration and then some. The flavor had a strong caramel backbone, but it was drowning in hop bitterness. The hot hoppy finish was long, lingering, and quite satisfying to this hop-head.
