2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 9/20
As pretty a beer as I might’ve ever seen. Golden yellow, thick foamy white head after the anti-bubbles a la Guiness. But that’s the best part. Aroma is nothing really at all. Flavor is nitrogen and banana/lemon/yeast/foam.

Quite thick in consistency. Sweet and citrusy with a smooth creamy finish. Interesting but I won’t be seeking it out anytime soon.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Sample at the brewpub. Hazy yellow-gold color with a thin creamy white head that diminishes gradually. Small patches of lacing on the glass. Aroma of grassy hops, fruit and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of herbal wheat, bready malt and fruit. The finish is creamy and mildly bitter with a short hoppy aftertaste. Average overall.

I’ve never had a nitrogen infused beer which was this light. Smooth and refreshing with a creamy head. A nice touch with the nitrogen as it lends a very creamy texture to the beer and makes it just that much more tasty.

Straw pour, big creamy head.
Aroma of grass and soap.
Flavor is hoppy sweet. Initially overwhelmingly sweet but not so bad after a bit.
Dry fresh mouthfeel.

Draught @ The Ginger Man, NYC. Pours clear golden with stable white head. Mild hoppy aroma. Ditto taste, with a slightly estery touch. Mild finish. Very low carbonation. Acceptable but I have tried a better Cream Ale before.

2.4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Draft at draught 55. Light nose of hops and while being almost flavorless if you really search you can find grass and caramel. Very creamy palate so no lie there but very watery and bland as can be. Not offensive at least.

UPDATED: FEB 22, 2014 16.06.2013, tap @ Alewife Queens:
Nice creamy loooonglasting head. Aroma is slightly roasted, cereal, grain, popcorn, hay, caramel, dough. Taste is slightly dry, light malts, hay, cereal, caramel, grain, grass. Medium bitterness. Fair enough.
