Critz s Apple Ale is an American wheat beer with apple cider added prior to fermentation for a fresh, tart, apple taste. The cider came from Critz Farm in Cazenovia.

A lightly hazed yellow ale, with a thin white head. Honey and apple puree aroma. In mouth, sweet acid apples with light malt. Watery bodied. On tap at brewpub, May 29 2008.

Some cider in a lighter bodied, fruity ale. Wortha try, as the apple flavor gives it a little complex caramel and acidicty. Drying finish. Apple aroma.
