[On draft at the North Wiltshire Beer Festival]. Surprised this was a golden ale, the name made me think of a darker beer. Tastes dry, lemony - a fairly standard golden ale.

Cask Handpump at the High Cross Inn, Broughton in Furness 29/10/2005 Golden coloured and hoppy with a citrus fruit flavour. Crisp slightly dry and bitter in the finish.

Cask at Cloisters Edinburgh ... Golden yellow ... dry grassy hop nose ... bright ligth hp ... grassy

UPDATED: SEP 18, 2008 Cask-conditioned at the Bag ONails, Bristol 11/9/08. Deep gold in colour with a slight, off-white head. Aroma of red fruit and a hint of citrus hops. Flavour had too much butterscotch with some redeeming spicy hops in the finish. Not a beer I would rush to drink again.
