Cask, Criterion, Leicester. Pale, clear gold with a thin foam. Aromas are grain and caramel with lemon and tinned pineapple. The citrus is fairly sharp on the nose with some pepper. Flavours are sweet cereal with lemon squash and pineapple. Some green apple with hints of caramel. Quite yeasty and spritzy on the palate. Not bad.
