From 2002: Lots of ginger apparent in the nose and taste. I thought this beer was way too sweet, but not too gingery. Pull back on the honey or maybe add some more hops and this beer would have been much better.

Didnt kill you with ginger, so that was nice. It was more sweet than it was gingery. Would have benefited from some more hops. Dont think they will be brewing this one again, though it wasnt a bad experiment. Certainly on a better quality level than its honey brown neighbor at high falls.

UPDATED: MAR 10, 2005 LIght yellow and, for me at least, scary looking..
GInger spice aroma with some adjuncty vibes..
Ginger flavor subtle at first but grows and grows as the beer travels through your mouth...Gingerness stays on palate for an eternity..Honey sweetness lingers around in the background throughout..Kinda sweet..But not overly so
