Empire Hop Harvest is an American style Pale Ale made with 100% NYS hops from Foothill Hop Farm and Pedersen Farms. This beer has a strong fresh hop flavor and aroma, with a balancing hop bitterness.

On tap at Rattle n Hum. Pours a clear dark orange with a thin white head. Aroma of light fruits, apple skins, and sweet malt. Flavor of pale, bready malt, floral hops, light fruits, and mild bitterness in the finish. Drinkable too. 7/4/7/4/14 (3.6/5)

Draft. Pours amber with an off white head. Floral and citric hoppy aroma with some lightly sweet malts. The flavor has light sweet malts, and fresh citric and floral hops. Nice.
