Cask, Nottingham Fest 09. Lightly hazy gold with a thin head. Aromas are lots of citrus with light biscuit and caramel malts. Flavours are lemon sherbet with grapefruit. Spritzy yeast with caramel malts base. Decent.

Clear medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, fruity, moderate hoppy, citrus, lime. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, fruity citrus. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20101204]

Cask (handpump) at the Market Porter on 4 December 2010. Clear gold colour. Thin white head. Decent condition. Very dry and clean. Some citrus in evidence. A quite refreshing drop. Wouldn’t necessary call it powerful though.

Some floral aroma. Golden coloured floral and hoppy with a hint of bitterness and dryness in a peppery malt finish.

Cask at Wellington Arms, Bedford. Gold with a small white head. Citric hop aroma with some sulphur lurking. Taste is grapefruity hop with a slight bitter finish. Acceptable. No more, no less.
