10oz pour at Pony Bar HK. Pours a mostly clear, golden amber with some thin, eggshell head. Nose of malt, light black pepper, some light citrus. Inviting but quite mild. Flavor is better, malty, sweet, honey, lightly herbal, more citrus, mostly orange and dried lemon peel, some cracker. Medium bodied, dry finish.

Draft: Poured a light brown color ale with a small foamy head with good retention. Aroma of light spicy rye malt notes with some medium bitter hoppy notes. Taste is also a mix between some medium spicy rye malt notes with some medium bitter hops notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Not bad and easily drinkable with some complexity.

I don’t remember much about this one, but it was easily the best beer we tried from their tap list. Had on tap at the brewery. Most of their beer was pretty good.

On tap at the brew pub, pours amber with off white head with little retention. Nose has good malt and rye tinge, grapefruit too. Taste follows in order with nothing surprising but a solid ryePA. Yum
