BCTC 2011, surprise of the day perhaps, cloudy witish pour, herbal, basil & yeasty led aroma. Lighter notes of blueberry, basil, wit spice. Nice beer

Draft. Pours hazy golden orange with a white head. Fruity Belgian and spicy yeasty aroma with notes of basil. The flavor is fruity, spicy, and yeasty, with apricot and basil, followed by a nice dry finish. Well balanced and very drinkable.

Tap at teh brewpub. My favorite of the sampler. pours a dull hazy yellow. this beer is made with Thai Basil and was quite interesting. Its a Belgian style ale so you get yeast, and citrus, but then the basil adds a herbaceous note that was quite pleasing.
