750 ml bottle. Pours a slightly hazy rich looking amber with no head. This is a still mead. Strong aroma of sweet honey. The flavor is again strongly sweet honey with a little bit of buckwheat flavor at the finish. Thick, syrupy mouthfeel. This is clearly a dessert mead or meant to be savored slowly on a cool evening. A bit pricey at $22.99/bottle.

Jimmack Invut.’07. I loved this stuff. It was an easy moving honey, sweet but not over the top, light trace of %, some spice and fruit, but just a really nice drink, perfecy for a cool eveing. Thanks to BEERSLAYER!

Bottled. Mead is slightly cloudy, light copper-caramel brown without any head.
The first impression on the nose is sweet and rich. Moderately weighty, dry, white wine vinosity; Moderate notes of honey, light alcohol, pear, caramel biscuit, trace of winter spices.
The flavor is heavily sweet, lightly bitter, trace acidic with a long, warm, heavily sweet finish.
The body is full, the texture is syrupy and the carbonation is still.

Bottle. No head (still). Body is light to medium amber. Aroma is notes of honey, caramel, alcohol (clean), brandy, orange marmalade. Flavor is heavily sweet, lightly acidic. Finish is moderately sweet, lightly acidic. Medium to full body, syrupy texture, flat carbonation, moderately alcoholic. Quite a rich and decadent mead in the Polish style (aged and quite sweet, though not as tooth-achingly so as some). The RB folks are gonna dig the hell outta this one.
