Hand pulled at the Wellington, Birmingham. Light brown bitter (I think). This was a pretty dry old-skool style Bitter. Dusty malt, peppery English bitterness, some clay, brick-dust, perhaps caramel. Easy to swig, but not the sort of flavour range that enflames my ardour.

Cask handpull at Malt Shovel Northampton. Clear gold thin white head. A light session bitter with some dusty hop on the finish. Enormously easy drinking. Full enoufh in mouth doesnt pack too much of a punch and the dusty hop is just dry enough to encourage quaffing
