COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A unique beer, a cross between a Belgian Farmhouse Ale, and a Belgian Tripel. Tart like a farmhouse ale, and sweet and strong like a tripel. This is a beer to be sipped and enjoyed in moderation.

In short: A weird sweet and tart kind-of-farmhouse-Saison
How: Tap at brewpub
The look: Partly-cloudy blonde body with a small white head.
In long: A little farmhouse on the nose. Taste is a bit all over the place. Honeyed bananas followed by a weird fruity tartness that’s kind of hard to describe, like Granny Smith green apples, some litchis and some kiwis. A strange farmhouse feeling was there all the way through. Some will like it (I did) but in all honestly it felt like some kind of pleasant but uncontrolled infection. By far the most experimental beer I had at this brewpub but given the rest of their very conventional line-up it wasn’t not hard to beat, that’s like calling a Green Day song experimental because it uses a fourth chord.
