An ale fashioned to survive the long voyage from England to India during the British colonization. Hops, hops, and more hops, this ale has an intense aroma and a long lingering finish. Drink as an appetizer on its own, or pair it with any hearty dish. A beer for the connoisseur, this is the Brewmaster’s choice. "Cheers!"

Malts: UK Maris Otter, Superior Pale Ale Malt, Carastan Crystal Malt
Hops: German Magnum, Centennial, Amarillo, Simcoe
Colour/Clarity: Amber to Orange, Bright. SRM: 14

Just attacks the nose with citrussy and floral hop aromas. Decent compact head on top of a lovely deep amber ale. And man, this tastes great. A perfect balance between bitterness and refreshment, with citrus and bitter dancing off to a wonderful tie. A crisp, clean finish with a lingering bitterness that is not overwhelming... merely enticing you to open another. Awesome.

Too bitter for my taste at first but able to get past the hops after 3-4 sips. Nice nose (floral) & finish (grapefruit). (tasted 04/27/16)

Cheeeeers!

On tap at original joes. Nice strong citrus aromas with this one, taste is grassy hops and pine, really coats your mouth and has a nice lingering bitterness. Excellent IPA

12 oz single can from Wilbur’s Total Beverage, 4.5 months old. Clear golden appearance with a lacy white head. The aroma of mostly resinous, piney hops. Similar flavor, adding a medium hop bitterness for the style. Medium body with a lingering hoppy finish. A little musty, but better than most IPAs at this age.

Exotique et bien équilibrée. Le sucre est présent, suffisamment pour balancer l’amertume. IPA dans mes cordes.

Honey in color. 16 oz Can. Light carbonation. A little malty, bitter. Not as high on this as some people.

Clear hazy amber color, almost copper with a pink hue, and floating suspending detritus. Creamy foamy white 2 finger head lasting around 5 minutes. Strong legs with some vivid dual speed carbonation activity due to the particles. Strong aromas and flavors of citrus, pine, fruits, floral and herbal spices. Perfectly intensified having some pleasant orange fruity sweetness and a rich earthy spicy bitter feel. Slick creamy medium body with some prickly carbonation. Well intensified finish ending with a spicy, slightly dry, bitter clove like feel and pine aftertaste. Overall : Awesome tasty flavors and balanced intensity. Great freshness while still a little dry, and the spices are just right. Excellent and accessible IPA!

Can. Aroma seemed rather mild for an IPA, some citrus with a hint of bread. Poured a clear golden amber with plenty of head. Taste was medium bitter. Medium bodied. A decent IPA.
