COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We like to think this is an ale for everyone who believes you make your own luck. We sure did. And the result is a well-balanced, soulful IPA with just the right amount of hoppiness. An even keeled ale that goes down clean and refreshing, but still lets you know it’s been doted on by the Brewmaster. It’s true to it’s IPA heritage, but also highly drinkable. Lucky U. And we seriously mean that.

Great every day IPA...and one I can easily pick up from the grocery store. I prefer it over my other easily gotten choices although it’s not in the same league as my favorites...Stone Ruination for one. I don’t quite think it a gateway-IPA, as I imagine anyone who doesn’t typically like hoppy beers won’t be persuaded otherwise. Final verdict--I could easily drink it everyday.

Clear old gold with a light head cover and full lace. Taste is typical American IPA: light malt with a quick domination by piney hops. Good as far as it goes, but mostly a choice for hop-lovers.

Bottle. Hazy amber color with medium, bubbly, off-white head. Nice hoppy aroma of grapefruit, some pineapple and lychee notes, floral notes and some caramelly malt. Fruity hops flavor with a bit of malty sweetness and a moderately bitter finish. Medium-bodied. A nice quaffable IPA.

some floral aroma; nice looking pour - honey unfiltered golden color. not much up front with taste - then a mildly bitter slightly dry finish - needs some more flavor to stand out...

Part of the "IPA of the month" selection I received. Pours very cloudy orange, hardly any head. light/sweet aroma. fruity, floral taste, mild hops with bitter backbone. decent IPA, not the best, but definately not the worst, would drink this again

Pours clear golden with white head, lighter aroma of citrus and herbal spice. The taste is similar, lighter and a little crisp with a simple hop bitter that lingers with a slightly medicinal taste. This is a solid basic ipa, I think the lower scores for this beer are helped too by the way Breckenridge markets a standard ipa try to come across as their great accomplishment. It is good but not terribly unique or flashy, or great.

I love IPAs, and this one was good but not great. It was pretty average straight down the line.

Poured into a snifter. 3.5 A: Opaque orange amber color. Less than one finger of frothy beige head that fell quickly, but did leave a short ring of lacing. 3.5 S: Floral and citrusy hops, but no flavors in particular stand out. Caramel malts with a heavy breadiness that is enhanced by the yeast. 3.0 T: Light herbal and citrus hop flavor. A bit soapy. The yeastiness and breadiness are strong and block out most of the other flavors. Moderate bitterness. 3.5 M: Medium body. Good moderate carbonation. A bit chewy. 2.5 D: I’m not a huge fan of bready IPAs and this is full of it. Additionally, the hops don’t really do a lot for this. Lucky me? I think not.
