COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Celebrator has a creamy head of tight bubbles contrasting beautifully with its profound dark robe. It is full-bodied and velvety from half a year's aging. Although it is strong, it is not overpowering. There is a wonderful and complex balance between the various malts, the alcohol and the subtle hops. A complex fruitiness of roasted malt and whole hop flowers make Celebrator great as a party drink with friends and family at celebrations. Despite its richness, it has a faintly smoky dryness in the finish.

Bottle. Pours dark red/brown with a beige head. Aroma of sweet malt and caramel. Flavour is complex - sugary raisins, plums with a slight hoppy bitterness to balance. A good clean finish. Very good.

The world’s best doppel according to ratebeer, though not all may agree. Rich looking dark brown, though visibly lively. Massive roasted malt aroma and smokiness as well. Very sweet syrupy taste with a bitter finish. Thick, oily, and lacy. Combines the standards of heavy bock beer with elements of porter and rauchbier. That’s my two cents to add to the hundred dollar discussion.

What can I say that has not already been said? Nose is immediate sweet, sugary caramel malts, bread, nuts, and roast complexities. Flavor is sweet nutty malts with again pleasant smooth roastiness. Medium light bitterness but sweet finish. Medium full body. Nice one.

Amazing balance of malt and hop yet very smooth. Alcohol flavor comes thru but not overpowering.

Celebrator pours a dark mahogany color with a two finger, creamy, tan head. Lacing throughout the glass. Smell is fantastic. Sweet up front. Molasses and dark fruits. The backend has a nice bready malt aroma. Not an overpowering aroma, just really nice. Taste is even better. Once again it’s sweet but not overpowering. Maybe just right. Mixture of dark fruits, molasses, cherries, and the bready malt character. Leaves a slight bitter aftertaste. Mouthfeel is more on the heavy side and was chewy. Goes down nice though. Really smooth and creamy on the palette.

Fantastisk bock øl, der bliver brygget tæt på Øllens hovedstad. Hvis man så samtidig drikker på en lokal beværtning, så er det næsten helt i top, hvis man kan lide denne type øl

bottle. Poured an opaque chocolate with ruby hue. Creamy beige head. Dark roasty fruit aroma. The mouthfeel is smooth and medium bodied, very drinkable. Flavour of roasted malt, a bit smokey, a little molasses and dark fruit. Lot’s of flavour but not too heavy or too dry, and the alcohol is subdued. Me likey.

Bottle (as Winter Bock). A clear dark red-brown colour with a medium high, frothy, light brown head. An aroma of roasted malt, caramel, coffee and yeast. The taste is medium sweet and light bitter. A medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation and a medium long duration. A nice, well balanced beer.
