"The end of the world. The excellence of triple fermentation through a blend of special yeasts gives this malt beverage an exquisitely robust flavor of exceptional refinement."

Pours a hazy golden sunrise color with a tremendous towering white head that slowly dissipates in chunks leaving a rocky lace and spider webs across the glass. Nose is of fruity esters with notes of banana, clove, bubblegum, and a bit of spicy alcohol. Fairly full in body with a very fine champagne-like carbonation that is oh so smooth. Taste begins with a good deal of fruitiness (nectarine, pear, peach, mango, and white grape) and flowery honey blended with peppery clove. Next comes some powdery yeasts and a bit of bready malt followed by a touch of drying alcohol

My wife told me I wouldn’t like this beer, but I tried it anyway. She was right. Too fruity for my taste. Maybe a good summer beer.

Pours a hazy straw color with a white head. Aromas of malt and some earthyness. Very nice depth of flavor. Very complex but everything works together to get a solid brew. Light to moderate palate. No alcohol burn.

Bottle from 6 pack sampler at the LCBO. Pours tangerine with a massive white cap on top. My first impression is cotton candy champagne. Deeper sips bring ripe orange, maple syrup, herbs, yeast, spices. Fantastic brew to enjoy after a long day at the education factory. The 9% will come in handy.

Bottle in Los Angeles. Bottle conditioned. Pours pale straw, bubbly white head. Fruity Belgian yeast ester aroma (Westmalle yeast?). Mild sweetness, fruity tripel flavour, mildly bitter dry finish. I personally prefer such mildly bitter tripel over more bitter examples (Chimay white, Allagash). Carbonation could be higher but it’s a weak bottle! A well done tripel and great availability and price.

Fizzy, yeasty, dry brew that’s the color of pineapple juice. Faint whiffs of fruitiness. Light to medium-bodied. Seems close to something great, but never quite comes together in the end.

Very strong yeast aroma, with a notable banana odor. Cloudy with a deep golden color and a weak head. The taste is very complex and truly delicious. The hop character is almost nonexistent with just the faintest initial tinge of citrus leaving the slightly sweet malt profile to shine through with a smooth thick almost biscuit-like taste. Lively carbonation accents the silky smooth creamy palate. The finish is buttery, with a note of nuttiness. Overall, this is one of my absolute favorite beers that is just enjoyable on the last sip as it is at the first. Cannot recommend enough.

Shared 750 ml. bottle. Pale golden, cloudy, large fizzy head. Smells of malt, yeast, and some spice. Tastes malt, yeast, hints of fruit and spice. Lots of carbonation. Somewhat similar to a wheat beer.
