Bottled @ Restaurant Komfur. Colour was Dark brown, and very clear with a beige foam, medium density, and medium duration. The Aromas was a bit leathery, Belgian Yeasts, Malty ans sweet. The Taste Was very high in sugar, which resulted in tastenotes of muscovado sugar along with notes of the malts, toffee and a bit of coffee. Definitly a very complex yet balanced beer. A Real Treat!

Bottled, 330ml aged 7.2yrs. Dark brown with cream head. Fruity, wine like aroma leading to a smooth, slightly sweet, caramel body. Fruity, damson, prune with hints of port. Lasting and warming, the alcohol is hidden away quite well, full and pretty decent.

Bottle. Dark brown colour, medium head. Full aroma of alcohol, dark, ripe fruits and malts. Some chocolate. Flavour is sweet alcoholic, with dark chocolate bitterness. Nice in balance, best enjoyed at 10 degrees Celcius.

Pours a hazy medium amber. Aroma is lightly malty, hoppy, yeasty. Flavor is moderately sweet, alcoholic, roasty dark.

Bottle. Dark brown with medium tan head. Aroma is malt, yeast, little chocolate and fruit. Flavour is malt, yeast, little sweet, little caramel, little chocolate, fruit and nutty.

33cl. Brune, col épais beige. Arôme de levure belge, malt grillé avec caramel et une once de torréfaction. En bouche, une très belle surprise pour un palais bien développé. Malt grillé avec une levure douce et arrière-goût presque mielleux. Sucre brun, caramel avec une pointe de biscuité. Profile houblon reste en retrait et n’ajoute qu’une amertume modérée.

Nice brown body with a thin beige head. Nice and malty. Brown sugar and caramel taste.
